Believing Punnacherry Bakers & Restaurant Brand, I took an Auto and went to their Restaurant to buy 2 Egg Fried Rice and 2 Egg Noodles. The Bill Value is Rs.600/- Parcel Charges - Rs.40/- Extra for Normal Cover. After purchasing, When I came home and opened, 2 Noodles Quantity was correct. 2 Fried Rice quantity is very low. I feel cheated from them for the amount, I have paid for the food. Quantity is very less. I spoke to their manager Sridath, He told, he will check, I have send the video proof and bill to him. No action will be taken, I know. But this review is to educate other customers. There was no crowd, they should have checked properly the quantity of the Rice. Now the Customer Satisfaction and the Brand Value is Zero. Next Time, Try with your own risk. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Service: 1
