I had at your Pizza Hut outlet today at around 5:00 PM. Upon visiting the restaurant, I waited for a long time to place my order, but there was no staff available to take it. Even after repeatedly requesting assistance, the staff neither responded properly nor showed any interest in helping us. Eventually, after a considerable wait, we were informed that orders would only be accepted through the mobile app, and our request to place the order directly was denied. This kind of service is highly disappointing and not what customers expect from a reputed brand like Pizza Hut. If ordering through the app is mandatory, the same should be clearly communicated, and staff should still be courteous and responsive to customers visiting the outlet.
