"Absolutely appalling service with my order #256 from Domino's Anantapur. I waited for 90 minutes while the Swiggy app and Domino's app showed my food was 'preparing,' only for the Domino's restaurant manager to call and say they 'couldn't come.' This is a total lack of professionalism. If you aren't interested in delivering, don't stay open on the app. It is insulting to keep a hungry customer waiting for an hour and a half just to cancel at the last minute.
