Wen i placed the order it showed me one time then after some time it got delayed by 33mins. I called the restaurant some body answered the call & said ur order is ready but delivery person is not arrived wen the delivery person was at the restaurant & msgd me saying he was wtng fr his turn to pick up the order. Wen i called 2nd time & informed the person at the restaurant that delivery person is at the restaurant wtng fr the order so that restaurant person asked me to tell the delivery person to meet Mr Mujtaba the manager at the counter. The delivery person met the manager so the manager instead of handing over the order to the delivery person he asked delivery person to wait outside. I called the delivery person to check what happened so he said manager asked him to wait outside. Now wen i called the restaurant that same person who answered my call before he answered again & dint speak to me rather kept the phone aside i could hear him talking to someone else while i was on the phone. The restaurant person dint hav that curtosy to even say a word instead hung up. Now people im a vry regular customer who places order frm this restaurant but unfortunately so so so much disappointed by the customer service & the behaviour. I really appreciate the Zomato delivery person fr his kind patience being so soft spoken waited fr more than half an hour fr his turn to pick up the order despite the order was ready he had to still wait. Now people jus imagine at my place we wer fasting today June 28th Wednesday & the time was over to open fast still the order was delivered. Now people dont u think it was the responsibility of the restaurant person to call the customer & apologize fr the delay & infrm abt the situation.
Kindly note: People next time u all hav to be vry vry careful while ordering at this so called "Pista House Bakery" but im really really disappointed by there service.
