Dear Pista House Team (Tolichowki), I am extremely disappointed with your service. I had ordered a cake for my son birthday, but you sent a pastry instead. This mistake completely spoiled the celebration, and to make things worse, I had to pay extra to rapido bike get the correct cake. Such negligence and poor service were frustrating on such an important occasion. I expected better professionalism from a reputed brand like yours. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure such mistakes don’t happen again in the future. Please look into this matter and take the necessary action.
