I had the opportunity to try the Zafirani Chai at Pista House Tolichowki, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. The chai was served scorching hot, so hot that they provided additional empty cups to hold onto while drinking. I visited on Ramzan day, and the crowd was massive, but the excitement and energy were palpable. Despite the chaos, the staff was efficient, and I managed to get my chai relatively quickly. The taste was truly unique, reminiscent of Kashmiri Kawa, but made with milk instead of water. The flavors were rich and complex, with a subtle sweetness that balanced out the spiciness. The chai was refreshing and invigorating, perfect for the occasion. Overall, I highly recommend trying the Zafirani Chai at Pista House Tolichowki, but be prepared for a crowd and a truly intense hot beverage!
