I am a regular customer of PISTA house and I often stop by to take kaju katli and round gulub jamun from this branch. I happen to be again here on 30th April and ordered Double ka meetha and kaju katli. Noticed, double ka meetha was not fresh and smells bad. Even it has no taste. Must have been made few days back. This made us disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It was crowded during Ramadan, I have given my name for table reservation with a number of members, We waited for almost 25 minutes and later we got a table in the lawn, the waitress came for order and I asked, Mutton biryani special is sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids, she replied when we have mentioned everything in the menu card why are you asking me in a very rude way, I said it's not the way to speak with guests but she was arguing like anything, then I called the manager he changed the person but the girl didn't looked like she was regretted for her behaviour If you hire such type of people then I request everyone to be careful while visiting Pista House Santosh Nagar branch, Infact they haven't taken any action neither the waitress apologized for her behaviour, I strongly recommend to take the action because if it happens with one then it can happen with anyone I consider this Pista House Santosh Nagar branch as the worst restaurant as they don't respect guests Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Zafrani Mutton Biryani Vegetarian options: There is no separate menu or place for vegetarian guests, all are combined, they don't have any sentiments

Good Place, bakery, restaurant and Banquet hall Great taste, great service, Parking is as usual is challenge but valet is available And also there is separate lift for Banquet hall, if guests are more than 100 then Banquet hall is free, Guest price 850-950 each pax. Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
