"I had a highly disappointing experience at Pista House Santosh Nagar. When I asked for biryani, Mr. ALAM (Captain ) told me it was not available. However, shortly after, I saw him serve biryani to another customer who arrived after me. This blatant display of favoritism was frustrating and unfair. The staff seemed indifferent, and such service makes customers feel unwelcome and undervalued. Considering the slow service and this incident was the tipping point for me. I hope the management addresses issues of staff honesty and equal service to all patrons.". Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400
