I received completely uncooked rice and chicken, and the rice was cold as well. This is not the first time—I have faced this issue with this restaurant for the last 4–5 orders. I had clearly mentioned that I wanted Masala Biryani, but instead I received raw white rice and uncooked chicken. Quantity is not important; what really matters is the quality of food. You can clearly see this in the attached picture. After becoming a well-known brand, your service and food quality have gone down. Even small hotels nowadays are providing good taste and proper service, but Lucky Restaurant, after becoming a brand, has changed its taste and started delivering poor quality food. This is very disappointing and not something I expected from Zomato or Lucky Restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1
