We ordered a mutton platter due to dietary restrictions on eating chicken & egg, however we found a piece of egg shell inside a lamb chop. We reported this incident to the service staff who took the egg shell in a tissue & informed the manager, he came to enquire about the incident & just apologized and dismissed it as an accident. Are there no polices which instruct the staff on how to deal with such occurrence? Even after telling them about the dietary restrictions, the manager stated to ignore it as we are regular customers. For the record I said we won't be coming back ever again, they simply chose to ignore it. We paid the full bill & left the place for good. Highly disappointed with Lucky Restaurant as it was a go to for us. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
