It was a Saturday in August and my experience was extremely disappointing. My wife and I went there for dinner. We were given a table for two and the plates were laid out with a tandoor. They placed 2 skewers of chicken tikka and 2 skewers of mutton. However, it took them 40 minutes to serve the starters again. When I spoke to a manager standing nearby and mentioned that it had been over 40 minutes since we ordered, they brought 2-3 items themselves. However, after that, there was another 30-minute wait with no one attending to us or bringing starters. We were left sitting with empty plates. My wife suggested paying the bill and leaving for another restaurant. I expressed my disappointment to another manager, saying I had never seen such poor service before. The manager said it was due to the crowd. I asked why they seated us if they couldn't provide service. We waited for another 30 minutes, but no one came. As a regular customer who visits with my family once or twice a month, I was extremely disheartened. The plates were empty and the tandoor was getting cold. I have never seen such terrible service in my life. If they were overwhelmed with customers, why did they seat so many people if they couldn't serve them? We sat idle for 2 hours, feeling disappointed and regretting our decision to visit Pirates of Grill.
