The stay was very comfortable. The food and service was great. Many thanks to Shri Ashok Kumar for the hospitality and service at breakfast. The food spread was well-balanced with a good range of options. A great place to put up in. Do stay here at Zone when in Jammu. 5/5 stars, Jaffar and Ritik did an amazing job cleaning my hotel room. It was sparkling clean and comfortable. Staff is exceptionally helpful and proactive , excellent dinning service in all functions , rooms are spacious with all amenities . Co nvenient location with easy access to all main attractions, 5 mins to main railway station and 15 min drive to airport. Children loved the breakfast spread with multiple continental and Indian food options . For us, overall comfort & hygiene of hotel and food ( incl. drinking water) was a major win . Icing on the cake is their empathetic and lovely staff . I will definitely go back and stay here again . Service are the best .Ashok kumar ,jogesh ji , Bimla ji and Amit ji shef provide very good service during Breakfast . Taste also very good. I enjoyed very good time both with hotel staff and Resturant staff . I would like to visit next time also . Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4
