Smugglers is a small cafe in Bahu Plaza with a limited selection of dishes snacks. We ordered Grill Paneer Salad, Vanilla Frappe, Hazelnut Frappe and Chocolate Pancakes. I must say their Salad was the best by far in Jammu. Its completely value for your money and really tasty. Frappes were also great. However, pancake was a huge disappointment. The batter was bland and pancakes were really gooey. They need to improve on that. Overall its a nice place one must check out. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹600–800
