Sorry to hear about your experience I’d really appreciate it if you can share more details in regards to the issues you had with the pizza and what you disliked so much as it seems so contradictory to everyone else’s experience. We put a lot of effort into producing the highest quality ingredients from scratch , our mozzarella is handmade from the best a2 desi cow milk in the state . And the dough is made with 00 flour, natural sea salt, spring water and fermented with sourdough yeast . I have travelled Italy spent months in Naples and sincerely believe we are producing a product that is expectional even by there standards . And I’m also not alone in this belief as the bulk of our reviews attest to I look forward to your reply and hope it comes from a place of true knowledge and passion about pizzas and not lack of education or understanding on the style and flavours we are creating at Pirata
