I recently dined at Pinxx by Regents Inn, and I had an amazing experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to Ankit and Yadav for their exceptional service. They were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and outstanding hospitality. Very poor service, payment taken without providing service,no proper parking,poor reception staff,35 minutes taken for room allocation, demanding payment at check-in,no food available at night after 11pm. Map plan food didn't served but they will charge,mr ravinder 10 years experience is useless if he deals with that kind of response even co-operate customers. Regenta's name doesn't match with this location seems like a busstand kind of hotel, poor quality..... Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
