I had dinner at Paatra recently and had a bad experience. The quality of all food items were pathetic, roomali roti was stone hard, chicken was stale and smelly. Services by waiter and cook were bad. The bakery staff vanished after taking order. I spoke to the Manager after dinner who gave me the lame excuse of excessive number of diners where was the restaurant was not even half occupied. The Management must pull up the staff and improve food/services quality. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
