Don't know how they are handling the customers. We ordered cake for my niece. Initially they told they will deliver the cake by 11am and it was delivered by 12.15. The best part is, the name and age mentioned in the cake was of another kid who had b'day on the same day. When we asked them about this, their reply was epic 'currently I am attending a death ceremony, pls adjust with this cake, only the name and age is different, atleast the cake is same'. We were shocked with their reply. We had an argument with them and asked for refund(received), but still I am wondering the way they treat their customers. How can they run a homemaker with this attitude. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Service: 1

I would give 5 stars for the packaging itself Delivery was smooth and there was zero damages despite travelling nearly 4 km. And about the cake. My fiancé ordered a Ferrero Rocher cake for me, 1 kg. The cake tasted very nice and had a very good texture.. The decoration over the cake was top notch. The cake was rich with Ferrero Rocher bits, Chocolate bits and nuts.. Overall the best birthday experience from Piece O' Cake by Sulekha Ma'am... Professionalism both in baking and service... Must try
