We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Piccante and while the food and ambiance were lovely, we were disappointed by the service. Despite the beautiful setting and delicious dishes, we sometimes felt like uninvited guests throughout the evening, especially when the manager seemed unable to confirm our booking initially. This, combined with the lack of enthusiasm from the staff, made us feel minimally attended to, even though we spent nearly Rs. 15,000. Overall, it was a poor customer service experience. With more warmth, attentiveness, and better management, the restaurant could truly offer the five-star experience it promises. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
