Absolutely the worst Domino’s outlet I have ever come across. The staff here behave as if they are running their own local shop and not an international brand outlet. They blatantly refuse to accept online payments or card payments, which is completely unacceptable in today’s time. On top of that, they have set their own ridiculous rules, like not taking any order below ₹300 — something Domino’s as a company never enforces. Their customer service is pathetic, the staff is arrogant, and they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or brand reputation. They don’t deliver items properly as per requirement and act as if they are doing you a favor by serving food. Such behavior ruins the whole Domino’s experience. Domino’s management should take strict action against this outlet — it is giving the brand a terrible name. Strongly NOT recommended.
