The food isnt that great, we ordered tacos what could go wrong with tacos, they really shit it up for us. Mayo was tasting like sour cream. Sring rolll just too oily and very bad. The service qas equally bad they just have too many servers than actual people knowing the business. Wasted 1000 rs here. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Pathetic Food & Unresponsive Service – A Total Letdown Visited this hotel recently and had a terrible experience. I ordered chana masala, but it was completely bland and tasteless. I didn’t ask them to top it up—I just told them to make it tasty. Instead of actually improving it, they simply refilled the same sabzi and brought it back to me again and again, with no change in taste. It honestly felt like it was overloaded with curd and lacked any real flavor. I asked to meet the chef to explain directly, but every time the staff gave the same excuse – “He’s busy.” Clearly, they had no intention of taking customer feedback seriously. On top of that, the chapatis were so hard and rubbery that they were almost impossible to eat. Extremely disappointed with both the food and service. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Disappointed with the service. We visited Broccoli - Vegetarian Restaurant in Lonavala around 10 PM for a family birthday celebration. The restaurant was almost empty, with just one table occupied. Despite that, the staff refused to join tables, saying it’s against their policy. They insisted we sit on separate tables — which made no sense for a family gathering and birthday celebration. We explained our situation politely, but the staff remained rigid and uncooperative. It felt like they simply didn’t want to make the effort to accommodate us. Very disappointing experience, especially when we were hoping to celebrate a special occasion together. Would not recommend this place for group dining or celebrations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
