Peter Cat is a name every Bengali is familiar with and if you’re visiting Kolkata for the first or the nth time, you must not miss out Peter Cat’s iconic Chello Kebabs and Sizzlers. There’s always a rush and never pre-bookings, so keep a good 1-2 hours (even 3 during festive season) in hand to enter Peter Cat and enjoy their heritage cuisine that is the talk of Park Street. They’ve recently expanded their restaurant with one floor being non-alcoholic; however, note that we were not offered alcohol after 11PM, so if you’re looking to try their special cocktails, take note of the timings to not miss out. We were forced to pay tips by the steward standing on our head even after placing the bill amount in the check book. The steward returned 100. 00 and we asked him to get 2x 50.00 notes. IInstead of placing both 50.00 notes and returning back, he only placed one 50.00 note in the cheque book and kept the other one with himself assuming we are paid him as tip. He is supposed to return both notes and then it's upto us if we want to tip or how much to tip.

Really very bad experience.. bad food quality.. over hyped .. After having lunch on 26Apr 2023 still feeling bad till night .. test is so so ...Prawn cocktail another super third class stuff .. prawns simply dipped in Mayonnaise... Will never visit again ...over rated and over priced ...
