I recently visited Arsalan Restaurant on Park Street with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Here's what went wrong: **Hygiene Glassware and cutlery was dirty. Hygiene was not upto mark. **Poor Hospitality After hostess allocated a table then no one attended to our table promptly, leaving us waiting for a considerable amount of time to place our order. - The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took multiple requests to get their attention. **Food Quality -The Biryani was just okay, nothing exceptional about it.. The Chicken Tandoori Tangdi was a major letdown. It tasted old and lacked freshness. Murgh Reshmi kabab was like chewing gum. Not tender properly very dry due to not fresh. Given the subpar service and mediocre food, I'd rate my experience at Arsalan Restaurant 2 out of 5 stars. The indoor Ambience is good, staff is welcoming. Unfortunitely Mutton Biryani was over at 10 PM which was a bit let down. We tried Mutton Chaap with Rumali Roti and it was good. Veg biryani was average. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
