I am a regular traveller on NH66 to Paravur. We stopped at Periyar restaurant for quick munch . The location and scenic view is amazing . Food is average but starters like seafood and other non veg was good . Staff was very polite and helpful . Lunch was average with not much veggies. But fish fry and other sides are good . Pricing also was not that high . It was in midrange . Ample parking is available. The only challenge is the entry and exit to the main highway. It’s a steep climb and downhill towards a very busy highway . Drivers be very careful during hush hours .
