Very disappointing experience at Pergola De Pines. The menu was confusing, and several items/prices did not match what was shown online. Everything felt overpriced considering the quality and especially the very small portion sizes. What made the experience worse was the payment situation — I only found out after finishing the meal that payment through the Swiggy app would not be accepted, and I had to pay directly instead. This should have been communicated clearly beforehand, not at the end. On top of that, service charges were automatically added to the bill. Overall, the lack of transparency, overpriced food, and poor communication made the experience frustrating and not worth the money.
