One of the special features of Ohh My Dog Cafe Pefe World's 1st Dog Cafe is their pet store, where guests can buy food to feed the furry friends. The staff is courteous and hospitable, maintaining hygiene despite the presence of the dogs.
Overall, this restaurant is a heaven for dog lovers and a great place to spend time with family and friends. Despite some negative reviews about the treatment of the dogs, many visitors have praised the establishment for its unique concept and enjoyable experience.
Pros - As dog lovers, we were beyond excited to visit this cafe, and for the most part, it didn’t disappoint. The dogs were absolutely adorable, each with their own quirky personality. The space was clean, and the staff was friendly—especially Arya, the intern, who seemed genuinely passionate about the dogs. You could tell she loved being around them, and it made the experience even better. Cost - Rs 599 for 1 hr. However, there were a few things that left me feeling uncomfortable. Cons 1) Two influencers arrived and started shoving cameras right into the dogs’ faces, clearly making them anxious. The dogs seemed bothered, but the staff didn’t intervene. I ended up having to step in myself, and it really broke my heart. These dogs deserve to feel safe and comfortable, not be stressed out for someone’s Instagram moment. 2) Another issue was the layout. There are two areas: a main space and a smaller room where the dogs can rest. But when we moved to the smaller room, a staff member came in, throwing balls and food, which startled the dogs and disrupted their naps. I think the more relaxed dogs need their own quiet space, separate from the more active ones. 3) It was tough to watch the dogs forced to bark and greet every single person who walked in, even those who clearly just wanted to sleep. It felt like the dogs were being treated as entertainment, not as living, feeling creatures. I really hope the owner and staff take this feedback seriously—these dogs should never be made to feel like a circus act. With a few changes, this place could truly be a safe, enjoyable haven for both the dogs and visitors. To the owner - you’ll have your business but with word of mouth. Not by inviting these kind of thoughtless influencers. The 2 stars are for the cutest and some of the staff members esp Arya.
