Osteria is a beautiful place with a lovely ambience — warm lighting, elegant décor, and a vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxed evening out. The staff is courteous, attentive, and the overall service is genuinely good. You feel welcomed and taken care of, which is always appreciated. However, the food and cocktails have significant room for improvement, especially considering the price point. The butter garlic prawns lacked salt and depth of flavour, which was disappointing. The fried chicken was quite hard and didn’t stand out in taste either. Even the cocktails didn’t feel refined enough for what they charge. It’s truly a nice place with great potential, and I hope they work on enhancing the food quality and flavour profiles.
