Peep In has a legacy, and for a long time it enjoyed a monopoly. However, in today’s market—where customers have multiple choices and diverse tastes—what truly matters is not just the food, but the overall experience. What a restaurant ultimately sells is its behavior and culture, built over decades. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food quality was below expectations, and the behavior of the staff was far below benchmark standards. Regretfully, I am unable to give even a single star.
