very bad service we called many times towel reception but even they didn’t give us basic room towel literally very bad service and dirty flours they are very agressive

Poor Services by Pattom. They don't provide u with water. Even when u ask for water they say u have to buy the mineral water. As we all know water is something which is complimentary. Now I asked them to change the glasses of my room , they say why u want to change. Getting glass changed and getting my empty bottle filled they took half n hour poor service poor rooms . And rude behaviour of staff. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
