In our 4 days of stay at patnem this was our go to breakfast/brunch place. Super local place with local and affordable food and awesome snacks, chai and coffee options. Bikes and motorcycles can be parked right at the doorstep but car parking is a bit tricky...it's better to park close by or just walk. We love the Patnem Chai Shop. It's so authentic and the tea is superb. The friendly owners are very special and radiate a warmth that is also reflected in the chai.
