After a walk around Asiatic Society, many visitors stop by this cafe. That's a good idea to order tasty pasta, kacamak and strawberry shortcake. Here you will be offered good chocolate pie, fruitcake and belgian chocolate. Wine is delicious, try it. It's a must while visiting Patisserie by Franziska to try great white hot chocolate, vanilla latte or ice tea.

My daughter ordered a veg gluten free pasta . After a few minutes of eating it they were informed that they had been given pasta with fish by mistake! As vegetarians this is appalling to us and we extremely upset with the careless standards of service .

Simply sublime! I’m sorry for the mess in the photographs. My dad visited Kolkata for 2 days and I asked him to get me a few pastries from Franziska (to bombay). Everything was perfection! (Except for the red raspberry dome - but that’s more of a personal preference. I didn’t enjoy the tartness) The eclairs and the cheesecake were simply mind blowingly good. Wouldn’t miss a chance to eat here again.

There was a lot of buzz about this café enforcing strict time limits, but when we visited on a busy Saturday evening, we saw none of it. The staff was hospitable, and people sat for hours without being rushed.As for the food,some pricing didn’t quite make sense—like a cookie costing more than ₹100. That, of course, is up to the café and not a major concern. The desserts, on the other hand, were absolutely fantastic. Everything else about the place was great too.One notable downside is that the café doesn’t have its own washroom. It shares a common facility with another restaurant, which isn’t ideal when it comes to hygiene. Apart from that, it’s a great spot to enjoy good times when you're in Park Street.
