The time at which the kitchen closes should be informed to the customers in advance and not after the kitchen has closed. The attitude of our waiter ' Prantick' (as per the information provided by the staff at the cash counter) was not only rude but also extremely unapologetic at his failure to inform us about the fact that the kitchen had closed and was apparently not taking any orders post 9pm. There were two staff and none of them were willing to take responsibility for their callousness We had held the place in high regard till now and it is because of people like him that the reputation of the place may be eventually ruined. Such harassment of customers is unwarranted and not acceptable. It is better to think twice before going there for a meal because you may suddenly be told that their kitchen is apparently suddenly shut. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
