Food was fully cold after waiting for 25 minutes. Staff has less knowledge. And so many items are not available . Only ambience is really fancy that’s it. Very bad experience.

so many items are out of service, we have ordered a dimsum which has come after 30 minute and it was cold then they changed it , and it literally sticks to the paper on which it was placed and when I picking the dimsums the paper was coming out and stick to the dimsum and it went to my mouth. after that I walked out . very bad experience

It was a wonderful experience being in there, I went there to celebrate my birthday and it was so humble of them to provide us everyday we asked them for, even beyond the menu. The food, the behaviour, staffs and everything was top notch. I loved 'THE BLACK CAT LOUNGE.' Hope to visit again. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
