The food is good. But service is bad. We got hair in pizza but they dint agree and told that this is fallen from ur hair and also charged the same in the bill. One should avoid going. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
Food is okay. Poor service and difficult management. For our son, we asked them if they could take the linguine which they have and do red sauce which they have and they refused. The manager constantly shifted his reason for refusing even though they had all they needed to make this. Even something as simple as taking an item on the menu and having them switch to a different noodle, they continued to refuse. It makes me wonder if the food is not fresh as other reviews have said. We visited Pass The Salt expecting an authentic Chicago-style deep dish pizza, but the experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered the Mac & Cheese Deep Dish Pizza, and it was honestly shocking. The cheese tasted stale, had a strong unpleasant smell, and gave the impression that it was old and improperly stored. One bite was enough to tell something was seriously wrong. When we brought this up, the response from the manager, Mr. Om, was extremely dismissive and indifferent. He showed zero concern for customer feedback and simply kept repeating that the chef claimed the pizza was freshly baked using a new packet of cheese. Our actual experience and what we clearly tasted and smelled were completely disregarded. The chef was never brought out to address the issue or explain anything, which only reinforced how poorly the situation was handled. This is by far one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.
