Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Food & Arrogant ServiceHad an extremely unpleasant experience at Pass the Salt. We were served a grilled sandwich that was completely burnt and inedible. When we showed it to the staff, instead of acknowledging the issue, they argued that this is how the sandwich is supposed to be served, which was shocking.To escalate the matter, we asked to speak to the marketing head who was present at the restaurant, but she refused to come and address the issue and instead sent a door attendant to deal with it. This clearly reflects the arrogant and unprofessional attitude of the management.Additionally, we requested the staff to reheat our coffee, which was ignored, and the coffee remained cold and undrinkable.Overall, the experience was marked by pathetic service levels, poor food quality, and extremely discourteous behavior from both staff and management. Definitely not recommended, and we will not be visiting again.

This vegetarian place at Fort is known for its Italian food specially deep dish Pizza with their inhouse sauce. We had Jain food:Peach Chilly AvoSan GennaroItaliaStrawberry chocolate pistachio peppermint mochaThe food was descent, flavourful and unique. There is bit wait time for serving food as it's made fresh.Ambience is ok'ish.Service is descent too.Presentation of food and serving style is ok'ish.Found pricing on quite high end.

THE RESTAURANT SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY IS MUCH TO BE DESIRED. ORDERED SANDWICH WHICH WAS SERVED AFTER MORE THAN 15 MINUTES. THE MENU MENTIONED IT TO BE A CLUB GRILLED SANDWICH COSTING ABOUT RS.500/.BUT WAS SERVED A SIMPLE BURNT CHEESE SANDWICH WHICH WAS SOFT N SOGGY. WE ASKED THE STAFF TO REPLACE IT AS IT WAS BURNT SOFT AND SOGGY. THE STAFF REFUSED . A LADY WHO CLAIMED TO BE A MARKETING HEAD WHO WAS PRESENT REFUSED TO COME INSPITE OF THE STAFF REQUESTING HER TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE BUT IN VAIN. THE COOK AND DOOR MAN WHO CLAIMED TO BE MANAGER SAID THAT IS HOW THE SANDWHICH US TO BE GRILLED. THE MARKETING HEAD INSTEAD OF APOLOGISING JUST REFUSED TO TO HELP OUT. THE MARKETING NEEDS LESSON IN CRM AND PUBLIC. NEEDLESS TO ADD THE EVENING WAS TOTALL MESSED BY THE ARROGANT AND UNCOURTEOUS STAFF. NOT RECCOMENDED. NO VALUE FOR MONEY AND CUSTOMERS
