Today, we visited Paranda at the Taj Yeshwantpur. We really enjoyed our time and the chef. Sushant greeted us with a special dessert at the end. Our waiter, Sairam, a young chap, proposed good food and served us well. We will surely come again and recommend others do so as well. Visited Paranda restaurant with my family and we had a pleasant experience. The food was great and we got good recommendations. 4 stars because there was no baby changing room available!! I went to Paranda today evening for dinner with my family. My brother had gifted me a Taj expression’s gift card and I wanted to redeem it. This was mentioned as soon as we met the manager there. Right from that moment, I was made to feel that I do not belong there. I was also asked if I would clear the bill in case it exceeds the gift card amount. Also the manager was extremely friendly with every other family but not us, after that point. He spent time and checked on other guests while we were isolated. I strongly believe that every guest should be treated with the same respect and hospitality because the gift card too didn’t come free of cost and has already been paid for. I had been to the other restaurant Palette at Taj Yeshwantpur last year and had a wonderful experience. Really disappointed with the experience at Paranda.
