Hospitality - Definitely needs improvement in the staff etiquettes.
We have visited Pantree many times. But really your staff are having arrogance and attitude. Following is our observations:
1. We notice Pantree advertised throughout the road on dividers.. something around 40 kms.
2. Staff in Blue Shirts and White shirts attend and give special attention only to those customer who are in big number and who are high profile in status. They never ask or give attention towards small families like 2 or 3 people.
3. Staff in Red/Maroon T-Shirt are really pathetic. They never attend to customer. They have lots of attitude. They not even keep glasses of water, not spoons.
4. Observed that only one person is serving and only one person taking order on tablet that too with attitude. Rest Staff are just doing timeless.
5. They never serve, they just serve to high profile peoples-specially those are in Blue Shirts. They become slave to high profile people.
6. They not even bother about customer.
7. The people who had just ice-cream your staff give them Tulsi paudha. People who had lunch they never ask or give the Tulsi paudha.
Really your restaurant having very arrogant and attitude staff. Very bad, pathetic and worst service. Not justified value for money.
Go Green Nursery is for high profile people and not normal or middle class people.
