There was a heavy rush when we visited, the customer service was poor. We asked them twice to clean the table, but they only did it after serving the food, which was quite unhygienic. The quantity of food doesn’t match the price at all — the Loaded Fries Chicken had very little chicken, and the Chicken Spicy Roll felt more like a dry chapathi with minimal filling. Even the Daffodil was disappointing in quantity considering the cost. Overall, not worth the hype. Needs improvement in both service and value for money. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400

Had ordered two cakes customised from Palooda , the cakes were made exactly as the image with perfection and as cherry on the top the cakes were extremely delicious ..very professional and they charge reasonably for customised cakes . Highly recommended Service: 5

The quality of the food served is excellent, and the place has long been a go-to summer escape spot in Payyanur. Their service is truly commendable. However, it's probably time they refreshed the menu with something new. The only issue I’ve encountered is the poor parking situation, which can be avoided by opting for their other branch near the Madhavi bus office.
