My morning visit was a complete disappointment. The watermelon mojito tasted like pure artificial syrup, and the cold coffee was mediocre. The Chinese wings were undercooked, with bloody meat, and the pistachio milk cake was cheap and watery. Service was inattentive, with staff ignoring customers. Despite the rave reviews and impressive videos, my experience at this place was underwhelming. The service was painfully slow, and the food was just average. I decided to try their special Hot Chocolate, priced at around ₹240, expecting something unique. Instead, I got a basic homemade-style hot chocolate, and that too after a long wait and a reminder. At the very least, they could have added a marshmallow to justify calling it special. Definitely not worth the hype. The ambience was quite nice, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the expectations set by its exterior. The restroom was poorly maintained, with one of the taps not even working. Given the beautiful setup and inviting view from the outside, you’d expect a much better experience inside—but sadly, it wasn’t worth it. I visited berry & co. payyanur, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The variety of food options was impressive, with standout dishes like the Ribeye steak , Chicken Caesar salad, and Chicken goujons—all of which were stunning in both flavor and presentation . The food presentation was remarkable, making each meal not just tasty but visually appealing as well. What truly stood out was the service—prompt, friendly, and attentive. The staff made sure we were well taken care of, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.
