Rooms are very poorly maintained - saw cockroaches, had foul smells, bedsheets were stained. Room service and housekeeping is also very poorly managed where I had to call multiple times and eventually call the manager to come and help. Housekeeping staff refused to change a stained bedsheet saying this is with all other sheets. Common areas are not cleaned regularly there was rain water spread which was not cleaned in 3 nights stay I did. Location is excellent and that's why they charge so much. Breakfast was also good but regular dining doesn't have a lot of good options. Service: 1

Palm Beach Hotel has a great location advantage, with beach access, beautiful beach road, and two very large, well developed parks by the VMRDA. I didn't find the rooms are up to the standards, although spacious. Good breakfast spread. Stayed four nights on business travel, couldn't try gym and pool facility. They appear to be decent. Service: 3
