They allow people to walk in without proper reservations, and worse—those with “recommendations” easily bypass the queue, making the experience unfair and frustrating. The staff tries to control the chaos, but most people ignore them and occupy any vacant table they can find.Ambiance:The rooftop area is a disaster. Despite heavy rain, they kept it open. The roof leaks, water drips everywhere, and the floor is dangerously slippery. The washroom?
