I visited Palace Heights after 16 years, and I’m glad to say the taste remains the same it has never changed. However, the maintenance has gone down. The air conditioners were not working, and the place really needs renovation to upgrade the old systems. I spoke with the floor manager, and he mentioned that since I was sitting near the window, I wasn’t getting proper air circulation. I even asked them to increase the fan speed, but nothing was done. Later, when I spoke to a waiter, he confirmed that the air conditioners were not working at all. Additionally, at the ground floor entrance, there was a very unpleasant smell, which made the experience uncomfortable. The owners really need to look into these issues and maintain the place properly, as the food deserves a better dining atmosphere.
