The ambience, setting is great. The food is good too and so is service. But one can notice the difference. I have been frequenting this place from it’s inception and since the time it was white napkin service. The food and service are still very very good but it used to be outstanding. Still can recommend for anyone who would like to have a good meal with a view too. To say that my recent experience at The Palace Heights was a disaster would be an understatement. This establishment has redefined the meaning of unprofessionalism and contempt for customers. Despite having a confirmed reservation, my family and I were arrogantly turned away at the door by staff who behaved as though accommodating guests was a burden rather than their job. The staff’s behavior was nothing short of hostile and disrespectful. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation, and zero accountability for their failure to honor our reservation. Instead, we were met with sneers, dismissive gestures, and a shocking lack of basic courtesy. The term “customer service” clearly holds no meaning here. What kind of establishment treats guests with such blatant disregard? To deny a reserved table and then compound the insult with rude, unapologetic behavior is unforgivable. The Palace Heights has proven itself to be a place that thrives on negligence and arrogance, valuing neither patrons’ time nor their dignity. This was not just a minor inconvenience – it was a humiliating ordeal for my family, who had been looking forward to a special evening. The management should be ashamed of fostering such a toxic environment. If you value your time, money, or self-respect, stay far away from this appalling establishment. We will never return, and I urge anyone considering dining here to think twice. The Palace Heights deserves nothing but scorn for its utter failure to uphold even the most basic standards of hospitality. An absolute embarrassment to the industry. I had the worst experience at this restaurant due to their mismanagement and rude staff. If there was an option for giving a negative rating I would love to do that, I had made a reservation a day in advance and paid them, yet when I arrived with my whole family, they refused to let us sit at our table without any valid reason. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive, even using abusive language when I questioned them. Their unprofessionalism and complete lack of customer service made the entire experience frustrating and humiliating. The pictures I shared are blur, but they were the head of management and the main people who misbehaved with me, I asked them to call the manager instead of calling they said "he will not come or else come tomorrow"(These kind of attitude they carry) I would never recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and decency.
