It was a horrible experience to stay in Hotel Continental.. We have booked for one view and one non view but both was non view rooms and too small passage with dump rooms.. The manager behavior was so rude, like we are not paying anything to stay, and he was passing sarcastic comments to all of us over a video call when we was outside because of room dirtiness only and he used extra key to move our luggage but on that time we don't even know we have to change 3 rooms in 3 floor's in a hotel..The main thing is in 3 day's we have changed 3 rooms because of the manager fault.. It was a very big trouble girl's and a big harratsment for all of us and some of our things we we have lost and the location was near to the mall but you need to climb up for a long time elderly people can suffer and also we had suffer.. There was a big garbage stup..Please don't go there has a lots of hotels in Darjeeling Mall. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
