Today i had a very bad experience at adoor branch.. The staff were very rude. Felt like they are doing me a favor. Very very bad service. Told the staff and manager that its my last visit. Staff smiled. manager was polite. They dont really care. Wish they understood that they are not losing just one customer but my family, colleagues and friends and my reference.

Pathanamthitta branch is an exception.

Hope they dont follow the adoor way once they establish themselves.

Yesterday myself and my wife visited Padma cafe Adoor with my grandson Udai(4yrs)The food as well as the treatment in the AC dining cabin at the top floor was excellent and impressive.We sincerely congratulate NSS for this venture.All the best
