Very good authentic Kerala lunch. Very friendly ladies who serve the food. Hygiene levels are very good. But there is a need to improve the ambience with very limited additional cost. Layout can be modified. Pl consider engaging a really good professional Architect and /an interior designer. The music could be kept at a low volume and instrumentals would be better suited.Also Pl give more publicity through social media , travel operators etc. There is a need to provide some sign posts at vantage points making access easy - Google map helps but physical board has it's own Impact. Do consider opening more joints in places of religious and tourist destinations. Holds huge potential to become a big brand especially in the present context if it's uniqueness is tapped properly. Today i had a very bad experience at adoor branch.. The staff were very rude. Felt like they are doing me a favor. Very very bad service. Told the staff and manager that its my last visit. Staff smiled. manager was polite. They dont really care. Wish they understood that they are not losing just one customer but my family, colleagues and friends and my reference.

Pathanamthitta branch is an exception.

Hope they dont follow the adoor way once they establish themselves.

Yesterday myself and my wife visited Padma cafe Adoor with my grandson Udai(4yrs)The food as well as the treatment in the AC dining cabin at the top floor was excellent and impressive.We sincerely congratulate NSS for this venture.All the best
