My family and I just spent four nights at Yama Lodge, and it was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the accommodation was warm and clean. I can’t recommend this place enough, and we will definitely be back. Oh, and the snow was epic too! Service: 5

Yesterday, I booked the lounge for 9:00–10:30 PM. During the phone conversation, the receptionist clearly told me that I could come with my family. Based on this confirmation, we arrived at the venue. When we reached, the same receptionist guided us to the lounge. However, after waiting for nearly 10 minutes, no staff attended us. I then went back to the reception, where I was informed that the lounge service had already closed and was asked to leave. If the lounge was already closed, why was I given access in the first place? This situation was very embarrassing, especially as I was with my family. Proper communication and basic courtesy are expected in such places. When I requested to speak with the manager to explain the issue, the staff refused, which made the experience even worse. If I had been informed correctly during the phone call, I would have never visited and would have chosen another place. This was a very disappointing and poorly handled experience. Service: 1

Hotel Yamuna is centrally located in the heart of city. Room was really spacious and well maintained. It had all amenities ready within the room. The separate sitting room , spacious washroom and well ventilated bedroom made my stay really comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Wardrobe had an electric iron and ironing board ready inside it. There was a locker too. The mini fridge had some stock of soft drinks. There were some biscuit, snacks, nuts etc too. Had a kettle with enough supplies for making tea and coffee. The only bad point was the restaurant attached to the hotel. The service in restaurant was bad. Food quality was not as good as expected from a premium property. Hope that the hotel will improve it. A unique point to mention about the restaurant is that, it has a library, which lets you relish literature while waiting for your food or while having it, if you so prefer. It is a very appreciative initiative by the team. Apart from the quality of service in the restaurant, everything else is good about this hotel. Service: 3
