Absolutely Disappointed – Would Give Zero Stars if PossibleI had one of the worst dining experiences (or lack thereof) at Paasha. After traveling over an hour specifically for dinner here, I was denied entry simply because I was wearing shorts. Nowhere on their Google page or reservation details was there any mention of a dress code.I politely requested an exception or a workaround, especially considering I wasn’t staying at the hotel and didn’t have a change of clothes. But instead of understanding, the staff were cold, dismissive, and borderline rude. They cited another hotel guest who went and changed—irrelevant to my situation, as I wasn’t a guest. One of them even said, "You can try another restaurant," and then just walked away and disappeared inside. No apology, no empathy, just plain arrogance.If you expect a high-end experience here, know that their hospitality ends at the dress code. Disgraceful attitude for a restaurant that wants to be seen as premium. I wasted time, effort, and felt humiliated. They seriously need to update their online listings to clearly mention their attire policy instead of blindsiding potential guests.Avoid if you value respect and transparency.
