Extremely Bad Experience! Honestly the worst service I’ve ever seen! I ordered fries at Publiq, Pune and kept waiting for more than 40 minutes — still didn’t get them. The staff didn’t care at all, no update, no apology, nothing! Totally careless attitude and zero customer value. Wasted my time and completely ruined the experience. I’ll never visit this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
