I requested the manager at the entrance if they could arrange a simple pastry for my friend’s birthday. They didn’t have any, but offered a tiny brownie instead — and then refused to accept the Zomato discount on it. For a place that tries so hard to present itself as a “top-tier, 5-star-level” establishment, the attitude and professionalism were shockingly poor. Basic customer courtesy was completely missing. Extremely disappointing experience — Publiq seriously needs to rethink how it treats its guests. This place has lost its credibility for me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
