Went to Nincasa on a friend’s recommendation. The ambience and interiors are good. The food and craft beer were really good as well. Will definitely visit again.

Worst place to be. Hostile staff and owner. Misleading the clients on billing and payments. Worst is that all this is happening with understanding and patronage of the owners. Absolutely absolutely to be avoided. Stale food

If our communication came across otherwise, we sincerely regret that perception.Regarding your concern about stale food, we take food quality extremely seriously. Throughout your many visits, we have not received any prior complaints from you regarding food quality. On this particular visit as well, your concern raised with our team was related to the complimentary beer offer, not the food. Nevertheless, if you experienced any issue with freshness, we wish it had been brought to our immediate attention so we could have addressed it on the spot.To clarify the billing concern:The complimentary beer offer booked through Zomato clearly mentions in its terms and conditions that:Complimentary beers cannot be shared to or from non-drinkers or minors.The offer is applicable only on the specified beer options (Five Spice Ale & Stout).During your visit, you ordered a Graf, which is not part of the complimentary offer. However, considering that you are a regular guest, we extended the first one as a goodwill gesture despite it not being included in the offer. The second beer was ordered after the complimentary beer had been consumed and transferred from a non-drinker to you, which falls outside the offer guidelines. Hence, it was billed accordingly.Our managers and management team explained the terms and conditions to you at the table and showed the applicable details to avoid any misunderstanding. You were charged for only one beer while two were ordered, and we have already shared a copy of the bill with Zomato customer support to ensure complete transparency from our end.We always strive to maintain clarity in billing and fairness in honoring promotional offers.
