Chinese and Sichuan cuisines are to the pleasure of all guests here. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. You can have tasty vada, masala dosa and sambar at Pondy cafe. Among the drinks, there is good tea.
The courteous staff demonstrates a high level of quality at this place. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. You will certainly like the homey atmosphere. But most clients who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

If there’s any café that sets the benchmark for amazing food and breakfast options in Pondicherry, you’d be delighted to know that Pondy Café is so far below the benchmark that it can’t go any further. Out of the whopping TWENTY or so options they have provided in their menu, there was only ONE that was available to eat. A substandard poori with some aloo curry, kurma, and no chutney, and I repeat NO CHUTNEY. The tables and utensils were very unclean, the poori was so bad that I was gaslighting my taste buds into believing my tongue is numb. The guy at the counter who takes orders, he was phenomenal! He basically reinvented the job description with an amazing video jukebox of Tamil melody songs from YouTube running on his work desktop, and his phone locked between his shoulder and ears talking to his pals, while we were (wait for it), placing our order The area was also very congested. Now that the negatives have been cleared, now for the positives: - The cleaning lady was really patient - The uncle and aunty sitting across us from the table were really nice - Had a lovely and memorable day that day, and we ended the night on an amazing note since we realised that the day started off as a disaster in Pondy Café, and hence it kept getting better Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
