Very disappointing experience at Pizza Zone, Kolhapur. I went for the unlimited food offer. First, the waiter came and accepted our order, but after some time he returned and said, “Sir, time is over,” and refused to serve further. This was unprofessional and frustrating because we were not informed properly about the timing rules in advance. The service was poor and not customer-friendly. Me and my friends regularly visit Pizza Zone and we really like their unlimited combo. Earlier, the food quality was very good and we always enjoyed coming here. But recently, we feel that the taste of the pizzas has changed, maybe because of a change in the chef. The pizzas now taste very bland and have no proper flavor. Also, most of the starter items were almost finished, and they were not refilled even after we completed our meal. The starters were not good in taste, and at the end, they served a brownie with ice cream, but the brownie was overcooked and hard. We are regular customers, so this experience was disappointing. We hope the management will look into this matter and improve the quality and service again. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
