Worst experience! First time ordered from this store but after delay of almost 1 hour wrong pizza was delivered later after fighting with store manager he credited difference in wallet balance which got expired. This time, delivery boy asked OTP for delivery which i had rejected but delivery boy created created false story. After that store refused to deliver since road conditions are not good. Why did you accept order when you already know. Later said now it will be delivered by Rajarampuri store. Delivery boy already took OTP and completed delivery. Now Rajarampuri store delivered same order to my office address that too was wrong address shared by this store. I had shared screenshot of actual which Rajarampuri store delivery boy delivered but pizza was ruined, now this delivery boy went again to store and bought new pizza. This entire process took 3-4 hours. Entire circus and full dissatisfaction. Family has decided never to order from this store. Delivery boy always take upfront OTP to avoid 30 mins delivery and then as per his time. I have already shared this review and complaint with Dominos customer care. Had more to say but as said above BLACKLISTED THIS STORE. Food: 1 Service: 1
