Extremely long wait time after placing an order. 45 mins to get water served at the table and also the parmesan chicken had a "cockroach" in the dish and no reaction from the staff. I've had better experiences earlier but this one was pathetic.

Paul Bakery & Restaurant was a huge let-down. For such a big international brand, the service and management were shockingly poor. First of all, the place was clearly understaffed. We waited over 15 minutes just to get a menu and place our order. No one came on their own — we had to repeatedly call staff and remind them, which was both frustrating and embarrassing. Almost every customer around us was irritated by the same issue. People were looking around helplessly, wondering why no one was attending to them. It was obvious that the restaurant was completely mismanaged. To make things worse, orders were served to the wrong tables — the order we placed went to another table, and someone else’s food was placed at ours. This happened not just to us, but to several tables around us. It was total chaos. There was no visible manager to handle the situation or control the floor. A big brand like Paul should have proper supervision, but here it felt like no one was in charge at all. Even when our food finally arrived, we were not given forks and plates for another 10 minutes, and by the time they came, the pasta had already gone cold. Overall, Paul Bakery & Restaurant ruined our meal and our expectations. A big name with such poor service and terrible management is unacceptable. Never visiting again, and I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000
