I visited Paul in Kopa Mall, Koregaon Park, Pune, for the first time with a lot of excitement and anticipation. We ordered a seafood dish, but unfortunately, our experience took a turn when we found a strand of hair in the food. We had to return the dish, and what made it worse was that there was no apology from the staff. When we informed them that we were leaving, they simply let us go without any attempt to make it right or an Apology. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Never going back !!! I was planning to visit "PAUL Bakery & Restaurant" since long time, so visited this delightful bakery & restaurant and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant — perfect for a relaxed meal or catching up with friends. I started with the Mushroom Thyme Soup, which was earthy, creamy, and beautifully balanced with the subtle aroma of thyme. It set the tone for the rest of the meal. Next up, the Cottage Cheese Club Sandwich was a pleasant surprise — hearty, fresh, and packed with flavor. The textures were spot on, and it came together really well. The Old Fashioned Mint Lemonade was refreshing and not overly sweet — exactly what you’d want to cleanse the palate and complement the food. The highlight for me was the Burrata Florentine Pizza. It was indulgent and rich with creamy burrata, and the Florentine twist gave it a gourmet edge. The crust was perfectly baked — light, crispy, and just the right amount of chewy. I missed to taste their Almond Croissant on that day as it was sold out. So will plan to visit again to have their Almond Croissant with coffee. Overall, everything felt thoughtfully prepared and flavorful. Service was also really quick and good. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu. Highly recommended bakery and restaurant to try something different from day to day eating with friends and family.
