We walked into Ovely Café with no big expectations, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The food was absolutely amazing. Their Chef’s Special Burger was hands down the best burger I’ve ever had – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly made. The Roasted Chicken was also quite delicious and worth a try. They offer a variety of menu options, which gives you plenty to explore. For dessert, I highly recommend the brownie with ice cream – a delightful way to end the meal. The service was impressive, although the wait time was a bit long. Still, the quality of the food made it worth it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’d definitely visit again! I’ve been a regular at this cafe for over 5 years, but today was the last straw. We ordered their signature cupcakes and some snacks while waiting to place our main course order — but got caught up with work calls for a while. Instead of being understanding, one of the staff (a non-Keralite employee) was rude from the start. He didn’t let us sit at the table we preferred and later asked us to leave because "more customers were coming." The entire interaction felt disrespectful and rushed — as if we were being judged either for how we looked or for taking time to order. When we tried to raise the concern with another staff member, his response was just as rude and unapologetic. Totally disappointed. This used to be a chill and welcoming spot — now it feels like we’re not even welcome. Wouldn’t recommend anymore. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

We had ordered red velvet cake from Swiggy yesterday.Few hours after consuming it we had all developed fever,vomiting,loose stools.It was very unexpected as we usually expect good quality from Ovenly but now we are all taking medications and regretting the decision. Please think twice before ordering from here. Food: 1
