I went there twice & had biriyani. The food's taste was like ok- ok. Personally I felt their customer service is not good. Had to wait for a very long time in my first visit for the waiter guy to come & take the order that too only after informing the bill counter then the waiter came to my table to take the order. In my second visit, it was my friend's bday treat for me on 23 Jan 2026, the staff never came to take the order, I directly went to the payment counter & gave the order from there. This time the waiter did not give the bill on table. I asked the bill directly from the counter. The hospitality of waiter staff there is not at all warm, plays a huge role in the dining experience there. I felt like in 2 nd visit their attitude was like വേണെങ്കിൽ കഴിച്ചിട്ട് പൊക്കോ. So, OVERALL AMBIENCE IS GUD , HOSPITALITY WAS COLD. Will never opt for dining there in future. Thank you.. Everything is on the expensive side. 1 piece of cheese cake was Rs.180 at Ovenly. The trick is they don't show prices and when we ask the price, we are in an akward situation and will have to buy. My friend recommended Supreme Bakery which offers same taste at a better price. (I have not visited Supreme yet).
