Ordered from Oven Story via Eatsure. Box was half open, toppings clearly picked off. Support kept calling it a “spillage” despite clear photo proof. Chats were closed mid-conversation, no escalation allowed. No reply to emails or calls. Offered ₹134 for a tampered order. Totally unacceptable. Eatsure failed to deliver safe food or basic customer service. Would not trust again. Service: Delivery
