I ordered a veg pizza and was told it would take 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I asked for an update, and they told me the gas had run out, so it would take another 10 minutes. Then, another staff member informed me that my pizza ("jal gaya hai"). When I requested that they deliver it anyway, as I couldn’t wait any longer, I explained that my mom was alone at home and wasn’t feeling well. To make things worse, the manager, Ashish, was extremely rude. Not only did he fail to inform me about the special offers when I asked, but he also suggested I should have asked for them, implying it was my fault. When I asked for help or a solution, he just offered me a refund instead, as if that was the only option. I wouldn’t have placed the order if I wanted a refund! The service was incredibly poor, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again unless there is a significant improvement in how customers are treated. I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut, Virar West. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. Special thanks to Kapil for his excellent service – he was polite, attentive, and made sure we had a great time. Truly appreciated! Will definitely visit again. Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000
