Terrible service! I am visiting from Canada and ordered a birthday cake for my son’s birthday, and was assured the cake would be ready the next day by 4:00pm. However when I came to pick it up at 7:00pm today I was told my order was cancelled and wasn’t given a proper reason. The same server who made my order said he didn’t receive a confirmation from me, but he never indicated that this was a requirement when I made my order. This was extremely disappointing and I don’t recommend Oven Fresh. Service: 1
